All customers in a prompt and timely matter will be notified by email regarding the estimate shipment date. If an order is on backorder the customer will be informed and have the option to cancel the order with a full refund if requested. Shipping costs are based on a flat amount (see chart below). All orders shipped to customers within the state of California will be charged sales tax and will be added to the order during checkout. No state sales tax is required for shipments made to locations outside of California.

Heavy or bulky shipments may incur additional charges you will be notified if this occurs. Please note that FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure receipt of the package that is left at the door. Casey's Bridal Boutique assumes no liability for left packages. Be sure someone is available at the shipping address to receive your package. Please note that your order shipping address and billing address should be the same for your protection. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a shipping address that is accurate and that UPS, FedEx or USPS can deliver to. The delivery driver at their discretion may choose to leave the package at the door, if the package is left at the door, it will be the customer's responsibility.

Additional fees will be charged for incorrect addresses listed on the order, or for any change of address once the order has shipped. Because of the variety of merchandise we carry, your purchase may be delivered to you directly by the vendor or designer. If you order multiple items and they are from different vendors, you may receive your order in separate packages on different days. In the event an item has been discontinued or is on backorder we will notified you as soon as possible.

Pricing and availability of our products are subject to change without notice subject to price increases imposed by our suppliers.

REFUND AND RETURNS:

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (See non-refundable items below) (shipping charges are NOT refundable). Please contact us by phone or email within 10 days of receipt of merchandise to report a return for authorization. Many products are sent to you directly from the designer or vendor. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured USPS for return shipment. All returns must be in their original condition unworn in all original boxes or packages undamaged. Please enclose a copy of the invoice you received with the merchandise. Bridal apparel and Bridal undergarments must be unworn and unwashed, in new condition, with all original labels and tags still attached. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Any items that we deem not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return and no credit will be given. Shoes must not have any scuff marks or toe imprints. When trying on shoes please use stockings and walk on carpeting. Many of the shoes we offer are dyeable, unfortunately we are not able to offer this service through our online boutique, please contact your local shoe shop for assistance.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:

Bridal Lingerie, Thongs, Bridal Hosiery, Flower Girl Dresses, Veils, Hats, Hair Accessories. Items that have been Personalized or Engraved, Worn or damaged shoes. Open bubbles, worn or damaged apparel and bridal undergarments. All products purchased under Clearance will not be Returnable, Refundable or Exchangeable.

Casey's Bridal Boutique reserves the right to refuse any excessive, unjustified or bad faith returns. Items are subject to discontinue without notice based on availability and demand. Due to high temperatures during the summer months, there is no guarantee on candles.

Casey's Bridal Boutique is not responsible for any damage incurred by the use, or misuse, of any products shown on this web site. Please keep all small items, candles, beaded products, and packing materials out of the reach of children.
